My new website is finally here! I still have a few small things to work out, but I just couldn’t resist releasing this unto the world now. I wouldn’t be here if it were not for the help of Scott Wyden Kivowitz. He helped with my theme, looked into little questions I had, and basically gave me help whenever I asked for it. So to Scott, thank you so much for your assistance! I’d also like to thank Jon Stolarski for the wonderful work he did with my new logos. He always does great work, and these new logo designs are no different. So much thanks to all the support and help!
You’ll notice that the blog is a bit barren. I’m slowly getting some older posts pulled over from Tumblr to here. I’ll also be adding new content as I get it created. A few big items to share are that I’m now working wedding and family photo sessions. If ya know anyone looking for a photographer for those needs, I’d be honored if you’d pass along my name.
Secondly, I am now working at establishing a teaching regimen. Most of my class offerings will be held in Madison, Wisconsin via the new Madison Photography Collective group that I am forming with a friend. I’ll announce more on this as things become more solidified and we establish a schedule of events. There will be classes and photo walks on the docket for later this year. Exciting times ahead!
Finally, I am venturing into streaming. I know most photographers generate YouTube content, but I am a Twitch.TV addict. I’ll soon be streaming while I am editing photos or working on various things photography related. I like this format as it means I can interact with people watching, answer questions, and have fun with an audience. You can think of it as a free class that happens online and is pretty chill.
With that, enjoy the new website. It was certainly needed. Now to go capture some light…or have a coffee….probably coffee!
